Great place overall, everything is well-kept. the staff, especially at the front desk, are super friendly and helpful. the restaurant here is really nice with delicious food. 🍽️

Had thoroughly enjoyable experience, overall perfect place.

The property was exceptionally clean, the room was high standard. All the staff was attentive and caring, fixed my issues. The room with sofa. The venue's position was central. Besides, the property was 4 km away from Ferndown Golf Club. Food was delightful and restaurant was absolutely very pleasant.

Newly remodelled room, all in all had perfect 10/10 stay.

Marvellous position was an added bonus. Also, Parley Woods was 3 km away from the hotel.

A well-kept hotel, my first choice in Ferndown. Nice base for discovering Ferndown with very professional staff, especially on the reception desk. - Reasonably priced. - A nice size room with walk-in shower and a large double bed. - Nice riverside and picturesque location.

The rooms out to the street are relatively noisy.

Coffee and tea, cookies in the room. Arrival late in the evening is possible (23 o'clock).

Directly at a busy street, the whole night we were bothered by the street lights - parking lanterns that shine into the room. But there are curtains.

The room was brand-new and tastefully decorated. The room had an air conditioner, coffee, and a TV.- The bed was good-sized.- The staff, especially on the reception desk, was well-trained.- The location was convenient and very close to Swanage.- The hotel is situated in a nice, quiet location near the river.

We needed to stay one night close to Bournemouth Airport for an early morning flight. The Bridge House was a perfect location and being able to leave the car in the large car park for free was a huge bonus. The staff were very helpful and professional especially the night duty person. The carvery was convenient and superb value. For us the hotel was perfect and great value. We will return to stay another time because we would like to see the river location in the summer and in daylight.

Situated directly on a very busy road. Therefore not suitable for holidays.

The room is brand-new with a picturesque view. This hotel offers a perfect location very close to a beautiful river with lots of wildlife, Poole Harbour, and Bournemouth Airport for an early morning flight.

It is a beautifully equipped hotel, well suited (and often used) for family celebrations. The food and breakfast buffet are both impeccable.

The hotel is difficult to reach without a car and the road in front of it is very busy, so make sure you book a room on the river side! Since the hotel is often used for family celebrations, it is not necessarily the best choice for those who want to spend a quiet weekend.

Big parking lot, the food in the restaurant was good. Room was clean and spacious.

This place provides well-equipped rooms and the staff here are very understanding and handled our request with expertise.

The room here is very good, with all the facilities you need, including a nice bathroom.

The staff at the Bridge House were very welcoming and provided excellent service. the room had drink making facilities and an iron, which was particularly good. the location is marvelous, offering scenic views of the lake and sunrise in the mornings. the facilities at the hotel are pleasant.
